My Wife and I recently were traveling through Little Current. We needed a tire fixed and wanted to our Trek Townie's tuned up. Bill took great care of us and even stayed after hours to fix a derailer issue and get us back on the road again. Excellent customer service at a great price. Thanks!

I've recently purchased a new mountain bike from Breakaway and couldn't be happier with the bike or the service. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take the time to make sure you get the right bike for you. Retail has lost its personal and educational touch over the past few years, but not here. Amazing staff and a wonderful experience!

I purchased a Trek Checkpoint and the bike is superb. The bike is light, nimble, quiet, comfortable and reliable. It affords me versatility, reliability, comfort and safety. I bought the Aluminum Checkpoint and just luv it.

I experienced over and above expectations customer service today at Breakaway Sports & Cycle in Little Current. I’m vacationing near Mindemoya and after a lovely cycle got a flat tire hitting a huge rock. I thought the cycling portion of my vacation was over but phoned Breakaway. They had my replacement tire tube in stock and promised to fix in 5 minutes. My brother-in-law suggested my tire was shot but Bill @ Breakaway checked it over and indicated it should last another year or so. He could have easily upsold me but didn’t because of his integrity and cycling passion. I highly recommend Breakaway Sports & Cycle for any repairs, parts, accessories and new cycle purchases. Thank you for a quick fix to get me back to enjoying the cycling portion of my vacation on this beautiful island.

I called Breakaway Cycle from the road because my bike was making some noises and I was peddling alone from Kitchener to Wawa and wanted some peace of mind. The girl that answered the phone was SUPER helpful, asked me when I thought i’d be getting there, and it told me that their bike mechanic Bill normally takes his lunch at 12:30 and he will wait until I get there so that he can fix my bike and get me back on the road as soon as possible. I arrived just before lunch and Bill greeted me and was super helpful. He let me stay and watch as he worked on my bike and showed me a few things that helped me along the road. I ended up buying a blanket from the store but Bills Service was beyond. He gave me a business card and said if I run into any issues along the road but I’m not know and he’ll come and have a look. I thought that’s not likely but that was a sweet thing to offer. It turns out I did need to call him and he immediately came down the highway in tuned up my bike a little more. Bill would not take any money as he was motivated just to do a kind deed. It warms my heart so much meeting people like Bill who not only love what they do, they love helping people. Great service, great people, great products, a five star review. Thanks so much breakaway cycle and Bill….lol! Thanks!

Breakaway was amazing! I took a broken bike to them (thought I knew what the problem was). They diagnosed the real (different) problem and offered to fix it. The fix price was reasonable, I'm sure, but out of my budget. So they offered to find me a lender or a rental bike. There aren't any true bike rental shops on the Island so they called and found someone who was willing to rent for a day or two. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Breakaway!
