I have been going to Christina for over a year. She is amazing! She always gives me her expert opinion on what I want to have done, and the end results have never been anything less than beautiful! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt like family. Everyone was Wonderful! They have an Awesome coffee, hot water (for tea), and hot chocolate machine, if you left home without your caffeine fix, like I did this morning. Don't get me started on the head massage. Maddy shut me right up as she magnificently worked the conditioner into my hair. What a Treat! Then before I was handed off to Denise, one of the Bratt Pak's founders, Maddy asked if I would like to be a model, as in get free shampoo, blow drys, braids, etc, so she can practice because she's a first year student. Obviously, I said, "YES!"
Denise is lovely inside and out. I told her to have fun and di her thing. I don't think I have ever been so happy with a haircut ever. Denise gave me my curls back, LOTS of curls. Then she told me how to keep them happy, and my Mom loves her new haircut too! We are customers for life!

Makaya Stork is amazing. Went for a haircut today wanting a certain style and it's what I wanted plus more. She is calming, you can tell she really wants you to leave with exactly what you want and very professional. Very impressed. I've been to so many hair stylists and for once I left with exactly what I went in for. The layers are exactly what I had wanted, the length is just right and I feel refreshed. Thank you so much. I'm very self conscious and this boosted my confidence quite a bit when it comes to my appearance. I hope to get my hair done by Makaya again soon!

This is a safe inclusive space and truly wonderful staff. I've had so many terrible experiences trying to find a salon in which my child could feel safe in and BrattPak was the space for us ♡

Definitely recommend Lane, as she took her time and helped my child feel their truest gorgeous self.

Beautiful hair/make-up skills, and educational for those less practiced in the art.

Keep up the incredible heart work ladies ♡ you are a blessing and genuinely a wonderful group of people that deserve all the good things in life. It's community members like yourselves that create unity and safe spaces for those living in fear of coming out.

After switching my hairdresser of 5 years recently I was a little nervous going into a new salon. But I can honestly say the Bratt Pak team blown me away. The place was so clean and everyone was so friendly.
I had made an appointment with Grace because many other people had recommended her to me. She was very polite and understood my concerns when it came to my hair. We had nice conversations.
I've been to her twice already for cut and colour and she's an awesome professional girl. I would recommend the place to anyone who was thinking about changing Salons.
