My team and I had a great time making soap with Melba! We learned so much and came away with a pound of soap each to use or give away! We also shopped and enjoyed a tea tasting at Wild Rabbit Vintage, it was a great couple hours spent building team camaraderie. I would highly recommend the experience!

I spent Friday in a Wild Basketmaking workshop led by Melba at Bowness Soapworks - it was amazing! The best outdoor experience I have ever had! And I now own a beautiful twig basket of my own creation as a wonderful outcome!
I would recommend this workshop to anyone that enjoys being outdoors and making original handicrafts. A solid 5-star experience.

Melba's hand made pottery is so unique and warm! She did a custom order for our group and was so creative with her beautiful design. Melba also did a mentoring session with our students where we learned to make soap that was INCREDIBLE. Her wisdom, kindness, talent and charisma inspired our students to try new things and aim for higher goals. Grateful to know Melba and be able to purchase mindful, sustainable and beautiful items!

Went on a mushroom hunting excursion with Melba. It was such an awesome experience. Melba is extremely knowledgeable on mushrooms, foraging, survival, and really anything outdoors. This is the second time I have done this course with her and I learn something every time. Would highly recommend, especially if you are interested in mushrooms and somewhat intimidated by the crazy world of mushrooms as I was. This course got me started and I’ve since found a number of other mushrooms. Thanks Melba!

I went to Melba‘s gnome clay making workshop last week. It was so much fun and she made it so super easy, anyone can do this. Melba is so amazing, not only for all she does for small businesses, but her values and The good karma she puts out in the world is so refreshing. I highly recommend ANY of Melba’s workshops (& I’ve been to several!!)
She even came to my school and taught 200+ students about kindness and sustainability and using what’s around us ….. and they each got their own bar of soap!!!

Melba is an amazing lady and business owner! I went to a soap workshop last week and I loved it! Learned how to make soap, met great people and had a great time! The soap turned out amazing, we already cut a small piece and washed our faces…. So, so smooth and clean feeling after, not to mention the great smell!
