I had an amazing experience with Nick at Big Rock Communication! My iPhone camera was acting up, and Nick fixed it quickly and professionally. Not only did he repair the camera, but he also took the time to diagnose my MacBook for a potential future repair. His knowledge and expertise were obvious from the moment I walked in.

What really stood out, though, was how thorough and patient he was in explaining the issue and the steps he was taking to resolve it. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service and making sure the customer understands what's going on.

Nick is clearly a pro at what he does, and it’s evident that he takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing tech support, and honestly, Big Rock Communication is lucky to have him.

Nick was amazing! He simplified my life by making sure my laptop and desktop were speaking to each other so I can seamlessly work on either computer, anywhere in the world without having to remember what I did on one vs the other. After buying a new laptop I was having trouble backing up my old laptop onto my external hard drive to transfer everything to the new one. I recruited my family friend/tech specialist to help and after encountering more trouble he referred me to Nick at Big Rock Communications to get me sorted out. I was super nervous I was going to lose everything but Nick had me all set up and ready to rock n roll with the new laptop in under 2hrs. Would highly recommend!
