Went into the source for the first time about 6 months ago with great technology anxiety. All of the staff, especially Jordan, provided me exactly not only the product that I needed but the tech support and emotional support that I needed to get on my way. Knowledgeable staff who are also very friendly. They definitely asked the right questions and ensured that I got out with the equipment that I needed

Hey MYKE! He’s an absolute legend! He was so helpful and accommodating when I had a super complex issue that I had no idea how to handle. If there was a way to post a negative review I guess one store it is I've been in your store three times now and your employees at this location have the absolute worst attitude out of anybody that I have ever encountered in a retail setting....... I get it that you guys are hiring foreigners and I have absolutely no problem with that but when you walk in to an establishment and you are treated with such disrespect that's pretty bad and they will not sell you something that they obviously have something for sale I guess I will take my money elsewhere.. I sure hope this is a better location when it becomes a Best Buy Express....

The man there was super helpful in getting my son's phone set up! They even charged my phone there while we waited. Super fast and efficient! I can usually find what I need at this store and every interaction has always been great. Thanks again guys!

I went in for a phone case and come out a Bell service user. The staff hooked me up with a business plan I couldn’t refuse. I now have a hub for my holiday trailer and I’m still paying less than my last provider without it. Great deals. The staff were patient, courteous and very helpful in creating the best plan for my business. I honestly could not be happier with the professional support they have, and still are providing me. I highly recommend this staff and store.
