Best Buy dropped off a damaged dishwasher June 21. Took my working dishwasher and are giving me the run around on replacing this one. Terrible service stay away from Best Buy online. Not to mentioned there unsafe delivery practices that probably created the dent. After I offered to help and the other delivery guy didn’t get out of the truck.

So Best buy Chatham is into False and misleading representation and deceptive sales sticking false prices to items and selling cheaper products bought an all in one computer was suppose to be the display model with good size screen touch screen the price tag is even stuck to the unit then they tell you it is out of stock but if you pay now we will order it in ? they order in a smaller no touch screen cheaper model and give that one to you ! Then tell you to basically screw off when you go to try and find out why they did this. Now i get a message from the maybe owner saying they want to fix this and all i get is the run around. They do not help they message you they will help and want to make it right with no help at all. Big company scum is all they are

Ok I edit to be fair. First of Best Buy employees are top notch. However unfortunately for them they end up selling problems with a price tag. I mean they don't know there will be problems. But they sure end up having to deal with them. Like the $1599.99 gaming pc I bought. First one had wifi issue had to exchange for a new one and my $200 Geek Squad insurance did nothing for me. Now the second one has the dame issue only after it installed fine then later the same issue came up. Yet again my $200 Qeek Squad insurance will do me no good. Even if they did something I still will probably have to go without my pc lose lose lose I feel bad for Best Buy to have products come to them to sell like this.

Best Buy Chatham has a wonderful employee in the making!!!! John(in training) was on his name badge and we also asked. We didn't notice his name badge until we were finished. He was so informative. He answered any and all questions we had in regards to purchasing a printer that we were really undecided as to which one to get. He was so pleasant to deal with. We didn't feel rushed or felt pressured to buy something that didn't meet our needs. He took the time to listen and really explained well. All the best John!!!!

Austin was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly.
For what we went in for- he showed us what was in stock and what was not in stock but were still options.
We asked him some random questions about an old product we have and he was able to give us up to date information on what has replaced it.

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. My wife and I purchased a stove and had it delivered by their sub contracted home delivery service. The original stove showed up defective. After arguing with the delivery personnel we were able to make arrangements for a replacement. When the replacement came, the driver was rude to my wife and forgot to leave us the knobs for the stove. After being told we would receive new knobs and waiting 10 days, we found out there are no knobs available for this stove, at all! So again I had to go into the store where we made arrangements for a completely different stove to be exchanged. The delivery team gave us a date and time, but when that time came, they just decided to reschedule without contacting us and leaving us waiting for our stove. Again, I had to go into the store to deal with this matter as there is no direct line to call the store when there is an issue. I gave them instructions to have the new stove brought to the store so I could personally swap the stoves as I've lost all faith in their delivery service. They couldn't even manage to get this done properly. So now I have to wait two more days for a delivery I don't even want and take time off work to make sure the product is not defective yet again. The absolute worst service I have received from a retailer in my entire life. Best buy should be ashamed of the delivery service that they have contracted, they have no control over the delivery personnel, the scheduling or dealing with any issues as they arise. Everyone that's in the store is basically just glorified cashiers. We will never be buying from this company again.

Hunter helped me out today in picking out my first laptop.
He was super kind and knew exactly what he was talking about, I was pretty open in not knowing much about laptops and he didn’t take advantage of that in the slightest. He tried to stay within my price range with what they had in stock, and took me seriously regarding the type of features I was interested in.
I was debating going to the source afterwards to compare, but because of how great and helpful Hunter was I ended up purchasing my HP with Best Buy. Great customer service!!
