Firstly, the strategic planning sessions were invaluable. They really helped us focus on what the goals for the business are and then create a plan to achieve them within the timeline we are aiming for. They both have a wealth of knowledge in all things business; they are wizards, honestly. Their ability to just listen to you talk about the business and then come back to you with key items and explore them further is amazing.

I can't even begin to explain here all of the ways that they have helped our business and me as the general manager personally. All I can say is that if you need help, guidance, and advice on anything business-related, then they are the people for you.

There was a large array of topics from the hiring process to financials for non-finance managers to motivation, I learnt so many new concepts that I immediately applied to my own job.
