If I could give more than 5 stars to reflect the positive and delightful experience I had with Tony, I'd easily make it 10. He was very helpful, courteous, and polite, and made sure I thoroughly understood exactly what it was that I was purchasing. He kept it simple and straightforward and accommodated myself and my wife perfectly. I can honestly say I've never had a more positive experience with any member of the Bell staff before. Tony is amazing.

I had such an amazing customer experience with Rick in the Truro location. I had some issues with a device that was a bit complicated. It took a couple visits and a lot of problem solving. My last visit was a few minutes before closing and he magically made everything work.
At no time did he make me feel rushed or that my issue was unimportant. It’s very rare to have this type of personal service anymore. I am beyond appreciative and we need more Ricks in the world. Thank you.

I am 64, and usually don't partake in surveys, however, yesterday, we had a stellar experience of customer service, at the Bell Store on Robie Street, Truro, Nova Scotia, that needs to be validated. I attended the visit with my ailing senior brother in law, as his representative. He is ill and unable to work any more. Our goal was to return early, an expensive phone and plan, under contract, and switch to a more affordable one. Sean really understood his situation, and applied all his skills, and profound knowledge to secure a plan, that now suits this ailing Senior gentleman. Sean applied his keen customer service skills, and product knowledge, at a level I have not personally seen in years. Sean was a breath of fresh air in todays workplace. Sean, thank you for your diligence. Yesterday, you profoundly changed a seniors life.

Looking at other reviews I guess I needed to be serviced by Sean or Rick. When I arrived at the Truro Bell store there were 3 people staring at me from the service desk none of them asked me how they could help I eventually settled for the one who seemed most engaged with my presence in the store. As it turned out the young man was oblivious to my inquiry about wireless hotspots and associated plans. After trying to get some idea of Bell options another employee got involved and I got a partial resolve to my inquiry, still I left feeling disrespected and like my effort to expand my service with Bell was not welcome. As a relatively new Bell customer if this is representative of how Bell operates I’m feeling discouraged about the longevity of my association with this outfit.
