Used roadside service for a dead battery today. What a great surprise to see a young woman pull up to help!! Excellent service! Shay (hope I spelt her name correctly) was quick and thorough and had us smiling the whole time! Made our day, thanks, Shay! Sent me an email that my car insurance had been renewed. Find out a month later that they did not renew my insurance. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I will have to wait 48 hours to speak with someone. 33 years as a member and I can't even speak to a supervisor. BCAA has become a joke. Don't bother getting a membership. Its become worthless.

Awesome service. Arrived near closing but employees stayed after to get me sorted. Nice people and very attentitice pointed out and corrected a lapse in vehicle insurance that could have been very costly
