I have been renting for a month now and the whole process of getting my apartment, paying for everything, and getting help with matters concerning the building etc, Juan has done an excellent job. I am very pleased with his work performance and attitude. I had matters I was concerned with(turned out to be nothing) but Juan had responded quick to my call and got his team to help me out fast! He let me know all the information I needed and more when I asked! It is very nice to know I can rely on people who get the job done quick and proper. Thanks Avenue

Our interaction with the prospective caretaker, Juan, regrettably fell short of professional standards. Following the viewing of the one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, we informed him of our intention to communicate our decision. However, within two hours, we contacted him to confirm the apartment, only to learn that it had been leased shortly after our departure, without prior notification. It is recommended that Avenue Living consider recruiting personnel who demonstrate a higher degree of professionalism and commitment to their responsibilities.

I’ve had an excellent experience with juan at avenue living. From the start, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is always clear and timely, and they truly care about both the property and the tenants. It’s rare to find a manager who balances the needs of owners and renters so well.

Misty is amazing! She works around the clock to ensure the tenants are safe and well looked after. She helped my daughter and I in find the perfect place for us. Misty is extremely professional & knowledgeable and since meeting her I consider her as a friend as well. Nathan and the Maintenance staff have been wonderful and are always willing to deal with any issues we have in the suite. Renting from Avenue Living has been a dream thus far!

Avenue Living in swift current, Awesome clean and neat always in the hall way.
Absolutely amazing. The people there are very helpful nice and kind specially Misty is so amazing lady I love her she’s doing a nice job.Misty is a very responsive and action taken immediately. She’s been hardworking to ensure the tenants are safe and well looked after. She’s is very proactive and good communication I m very impress of her doing a great job at Avenue Living Swift current. I would recommend this company and great workers.
