We had AV Works set up the home automation system when we first moved into our new home. They also installed a wifi access device which made a huge improvement in wifi accessibility throughout the house and garage.
With crime increasing in our area, we wanted to improve security and asked AV Works to install security cameras and an NVR. Their technicians are superb, they were careful working in our home and have worked hard to fine tune the system to work effectively with the functionality we need. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have been using Av Works for many years and are very happy with their pricing and quality of installation. Chris has great attention to detail when is comes to the design and functionality. There is no job too big or small for Av Works. Ifor is in charge of the installion and the service side of things and has a extensive expertise in this field. I have had phone calls from some of my clients complementing Ifor on his professionalism and quality of service. Mike is in charge of security and installation, he ensures our homes are secured properly. It is a great comfort knowing when you are on vacation the view if your home is a click away. Security cameras set up inside the home and the yard are visible from your phone. As an added sense of security, your alarm can be set up to know if the sump or furnace fails, the system sends a text and email with the problem.

We would recommend AV Works for anyone looking for this type of service.

AV Works installed smart home technology in our home a few years ago during the construction phase. I have been consistently shocked (in a good way) at their amazing customer service and abilities!

When we received our quote the owner Chris attentively put in each item we asked for. We got possession to our house a week before Christmas but Ifor still programmed our equipment so we were up and running over the holidays! We had a glitch once with our speakers and the music wouldn’t turn off. Ifor resounded to my late night text (sorry Ifor) and gave me instructions on how to turn them off. 8 am the next day he was in resolving the issue!

I highly recommend the AV Works team! Their product is amazing and customer service exceptional!
