I contacted AV Exrpess couple of days ago and booked some equipments upon an emergency situation in between an event. I also paid for the service prior to collection.

But unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation as the facility provided the same where the event was hosted which they first mentioned they don’t have. But the owner of this service kept his work ethic really well and refunded the amount instantly. I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service. I will definitely use his service if I have to in future.
