I hate giving a bad review because Ahmed really is a nice guy. However - I recently bought a Denon receiver. It turned out that only one side worked. I took the receiver to Ring Audio in Toronto. They had to do a bunch of re-soldering work among other things. It cost me $250. Now the receiver itself only cost me $125. But it turns out that the tuner is likely broken beyond repair. Now I'm in almost $400. Be careful buying used equipment from this business. They don't have an actual service department and so they can't stand behind their product.

I come all the way from Hamilton to deal with them and they make it worth it. Great prices and the service is top notch and quality. They carry an impressive array of high end home theatre brands. Family run business and one of the last remaining electronics speciality stores. The guy who I assume is the owner impressed me by remembering who I was from the last time I came in a few years ago.

I went there to purchase a TV (from the very small selection they had), we agreed on a price. Simultaneously the owner comes out of the shadows, talks to his associate in Arabic (right in front of me). Then tries to get me to pay more after we had already agreed on a price. They are very SHADY, and I would definitely recommend going to a more reputable business with a better selection and cleaner store. The guys mask literally had a stain on it.

I went in yesterday to purchase a microphone for an event. It didn’t work. I returned to the store today and before I said anything, the owner said “no refunds here”. I explained it was in fact, illegal to have that policy, and they told me “too bad”. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially in a small town. I would NEVER buy anything of higher value there with that “policy”.

I live in Pickering but don't mind driving to Uxbridge whenever I need expert advice and great deals on a TV or audio receiver. The owner, Ahmed is knowledgeable and great to deal with. Keep up the good work!

I been to this store couple times they have worst customer service this guy with beard his name is Hassan very bad temper and extremely root Never go there, he doesn't even knows his own product.
he is yelling at customers and also says he want to surcharge me additional $10 to use visa which is totally against bank regulations.
I hate this store and I would never recommend you should go.
