I had AV Experience install a home entertainment (audio & video) system in our family room. The space and options were limited so we needed to put the tv above the fireplace. We had John from the AV experience come in and provide a solution and quote for equipment and installation. He also provided a solution for audio/music that can be operated independently or in conjunction with the television audio. Their prices were very competitive, installation was smooth, and their overall support was top notch. We were very happy that we went with them as they took care of everything, trained us on how to operate the equipment, and provide on-going assistance and support post-install. I highly recommend working with the AV team to provide an optimal setup for you home video and audio needs.

I had a very pleasant phone conversation with Zach, which followed with an appointment for free-consultation. Zach came by, assessed the situation, and we bounced around ideas back and forth in emails and came to a GREAT solution to create the cinematic experience I was looking for in my new home theater.

The installers were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient, Frank was very patient in teaching us how to use the system and program the controls.

They provided feedback and suggestion based on what's best for you. Help you choose the right audio and visual equipment, wiring and furnishings. I absolutely admire how much dedication these guys put into their business and it shows.

I couldn't be happier with my finished setup, as I can kick back, relax, and watch the big game and movies. Zach went out of his way to help me with some odd requests, such as where to get the carpet, drapes.

I'll continue to use Audio Video Experience going forward when I need service for my home, and passing along this experience to all my friends and family.

I am a homeowner in Andover, MA who used Audio Video Experience to install a complete home theatre. I had existing sound equipment and purchased a 65” Samsung tv, and the Control4 integrated and computerized control system.
The experience with this company was excellent, from the purchase, through the installation and continuing with the support.
John S visited my home to assess the room and equipment and made very appropriate suggestions regarding the equipment I should consider. John has continued to be adept at arranging my support visits.
Their installer/technicians, Frank and Scott were extremely knowledgeable. Frank is a brilliant problem solver and computer whiz and was able to troubleshoot and solve some issues that were daunting to me. They were extremely responsive and would always offer their support in a quick, timely fashion. In addition they were respectful of my home and trustworthy and always left my house exactly as they found it.
