Audio CONCEPTS did an amazing job! I’m 16 and just got my first truck, so I wanted a sound system that fit my personality. They were super patient and answered all my questions, even the ones I wasn’t sure how to ask. They showed me all my options and helped me pick the perfect system. The installation was flawless, and they even washed my truck before I picked it up, which was such a nice touch as it was thirty below today. The sound quality is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them!

I took my 2024 brz to audio concept to get a new system put in. The factory system was disappointing. From the second I got in through the door to the final install Gord and his team were fantastic to deal with. Super friendly and definitely pointed me in the right direction.

I got the k2 3 way system, 2 10 inch subs with an amp and Dsp. The sound quality of a high end system is unparallel. The details you can hear in the songs are astonishing. It makes songs I've heard dozens of times sound brand new. I have a brand new appreciation of music in general. Loud or quiet it dramatically changes the quality of the bass to the treble of the music. I can not emphasize enough the vast improvement of my music. From rap to jazz there is so much more you can't hear with a cheaper system. My hour long drive to work flies by now, and makes me want to take a 15 minute detour just so I can surround myself in the musical bliss that is what audio concept did for me. Now it's just time to plan a long road trip.

Audio concept is definitely the way to go for an audio upgrade. I can not recommend them enough. They truly are geniuses when it comes to music. Thank you to Gord and his team.

I got a remote starter put in. A year later it fried and they replaced it. I began having troubles with my transmission and cruise control. It boiled down to the remote starter so I took it in and spent $300 to get it all removed. After that I still had issues on and off. Took it to a shop and they said that the command start harness wires were shorting out. I got the shop to remove what I paid Audio Concepts to do and it works fine. $300 dollars and they took 5 minutes to pull the starter box out. $600 dollars to finally get it fixed. Would not recommend for a remote starter.

I had a great experience getting a remote starter installed at Audio Concepts in Grand Prairie. Manfred and Jared did an amazing job. They were super quick and professional, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a remote starter.

Had some major work done at Audio, all the staff were very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and above all else were very professional. The work that was done was stellar. Costs were very reasonable and they stayed within projections and didn’t try to over sell like some other company’s I’ve dealt with. Overall they are people of there word which is a hard thing to find nowadays. I would defiantly recommend them.

I'm a bit surprised to be so disappointed with the way I was treated at Audio Concepts, as I'd only heard good things in the community.
I brought in what to me were very expensive components to install in my car. I would also have needed to upgrade the existing speakers, so the quoted overall cost, while fair, was very high.
After much agonizing deliberation, I decided to cancel the scheduled installation and came in to pick up my gear and was treated as disrespectfully as I had feared I might be.
I still might have the work done in the new tax year, as my existing system is weak, but I'm feeling very reluctant to come back there to be insulted again and would instead prefer to take my car and equipment to Edmonton in the hope of working with a shop where staff attitudes are better.

I can not say enough about how great the shop and staff are to work with.
They have done four projects for me and each one has exceeded expectations.
Two of the builds were complicated and took many hours of research and collaboration to put the right products together to achieve the end result.
