Artshine is awesome! They have a great variety of different and interesting projects for people of all ages and abilities. Each box comes with everything you need to create the project and a little something extra which is always a nice surprise. It's very obvious that a lot of thought, care and passion goes into each Artshine box. We have tried several of their boxes and have loved each one. I find the project instructions are clear and easy to follow by everyone. My family especially loves the video links to the art projects. Artshine has a great philosophy, fantastic products and excellent customer service. A big shout out to Wayne at Artshine for helping me with a minor technical issue recently. He went out of his way to help and I really appreciate it!
I received fast, prompt, friendly and very helpful service. They take customer service seriously here and do a great job of it too! It's clear they are very passionate about what they do and they do it so well. The team at Artshine is fantastic and I would highly recommend Artshine for everyone. Artshine is awesome!

My kiddo and I have tried out several of artshine's kits and their 12 month subscription box. They have been excellent so far. Each month there is something different and its great to see my kiddo progress and develop his skills and enjoy the various projects each month. Kudos to Artshine!

Sent my kids to the camp on Thursday at 44 Gaukel st Kitchener . It was a great experience and my kids loved it , well organized and the kids bought back lot of their artwork. A huge thanks to the organizers for conducting free camps for kids to develop interest . Definitely will send them again

Edited: A Manager called me immediately upon receiving the feedback to talk through each one of the concerns profiled below. He seemed genuinely interested in digging deeper and improving the camp, so have modified my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
I wanted to like this camp, but there have been too many sub par experiences for the price paid for my two sons to attend:
- No ID validation at pick up, despite completing an Alternative Pick Up Form (What's the point when the person doing the pick up is never IDed?)
- Paid for Before Care and on the Monday, was 8:15 before my husband was able to get ahold of them to open the door (started at 8)
- Reached out via email on the Monday about Tote Bag and the Before Care and didn't receive the courtesy of a Reply
- At Pick Up on the Thursday, I arrived at 4:52 where my kids were sitting with the remaining Counsellor in the Church Entry Way (not really quality programming being paid for when they're just sitting there waiting). My son had a popsicle dripping down his hands and shirt (not a problem in itself). I took him back in the church to wash him up while the counselor decided to leave the church and wait in her car for us to exit. She could not get out of there fast enough, even though the email confirmation states After Care goes until 5:30.
I regret recommending this camp to 3 other families (with 5 kids)
Side Note: I enrolled in their Referral program, and 9 months later have yet to receive a cent of the Referral Incentive they claim I've earned.

My daughter and her cousins recently joined a drop in at the makers' space. They came out excited and wanting more! They had so many options for them to explore art and creativity - and they got to keep whatever they made! Will sign up again for sure!

We love everything Artshine does!! My son has been to the camp 2 years now and loves the activities and how great the leaders are. We also get the monthly art box which is amazing! Not only do the kids get excited when they see the box but so do I! I know my kids and I are going to be making another wonderful memory as we navigate ourselves through the activity. The boxes are so different every month and now our art supply cupboard is full with the extra supplies that come in it or just left over!

We have been getting the Artshine in the box and the kids really enjoy it. We also got a couple of the boxes that promote reading and come with a book. The kids really liked the books. Pretty sure I've read the 1 to my son at least 100 times. I didn't even realize how many didn't ways to do art until we got these boxes every month. Great job Artshine!
