Very satisfying workshop/retreat. Hosts treated me extra special since I came from such a long distance. This was in mid November so the town of Radium Hotsprings had off season rates for accommodation. The workshop instructor Sue Contini was very knowledgeable and kind, a overall great experience. We stopped by whilst visiting Invermere and were pleasantly surprised by the wide array of art on show in this lovely galley. We also managed to spend time chatting with the proprietors and got a great low down in the area and some hot tips for local places to visit.
Thank you for all your help. We will be back again on our next visit.

My wife popped in to Art on 9th and ended up finding a piece that she fell in love with. A couple of days later my wife brought me and we met Michele who reviewed the piece with us and allowed us to hang it different parts of the store so we could see it different lighting conditions. What "sealed the deal" for us was Michele's offer to bring the piece from the studio in Invermere to our home in Calgary for no-obligation trial run. The painting looked great and we ended up buying it. Michele is a very friendly and knowledgeable person that cares deeply about her clients and the artists she works with. We look forward to working with Michele in the future for our next piece of art!

Top shelf customer service and atmosphere. Genuine pride in their local artists.
Lisa was easy to chat with knowledgeable and i felt no pressure to buy at all.
Art on the 9th is now in my browser favourites, as I cannot afford to go cross crountry just to have a wander through and chat near as often as I'd like to.

Excellent workshop, wonderful instructor and beautiful venue!
My experience in the Mountains learning from Sue was very good. Jim and Michele made us feel welcome and the gift was lovely! I can't believe how much we learned in such a short period of time. I expect that it will take me a while to put into practice all that I absorbed. Sue is full of experience and a lot of Fun!

I attended Art on 9th's first ever weekend workshop with instructor Sue Contini. I don't have a lot of experience with workshops but couldn't be more pleased with both the instructor that Art on 9th chose, or the facility. Kudos to all involved!!!

Absolute treat of a gallery. Owners do a wonderful job of curating pieces that both work together whilst being diverse in style. Everyone will find a piece that they love in the gallery because of this.

I loved finding all of the bumble bee paintings throughout the gallery. I feel like this gallery did a great job showcasing the natural beauty of Invermere and its alpine region. I will definitely be visiting again next time I am in Invermere and have followed their instagram channel to keep up to date on their collections.

Also the owners are very friendly and fun to chat with!

Unfortunately we didn't even receive a hello, or be right with you, or can I help you etc. We walked out thinking we possibly don't appear to have enough money to shop in here. Lady (assume owner but we don't know) was helping another couple position paintings together in a grouping. It's unfortunate, even a hello would definitely have built our interest for shopping
