Worst experience ever! Their person showed up late to every zoom meeting. Failed to tell us they were going to bill us 17 thousand dollars for a 44 page poorly written Digital Adoption report. They appear to have just provided generic information without thoughtful recommendation. Downplayed a lot of information and was not upfront from the start – I was under the belief we would receive a $15,000 grant to help us with digital adoption and we would pay $1600 for their services – no bill was provided upfront and only at the end did we find out that they take the $15,000 grant for the report. When giving the company a chance to recorrect or own up to what they did, they told me “They will add my recommendations to their report” So basically, they gave me a dud report, then asked that I complete my own report to my liking, they will retype it and send it back as their own…They personally believe the value in their report as the artist is worth $17,000. It is no use to our company and is what we already know – they typed the information that we gave them…..Then returned with generic answers. I brought up my issues several times and was not taken seriously, I was told “It doesn’t really matter, if you sign here you will qualify for the 15,000 grant.” They saw NO ISSUES with their behavior. Well being of customers is not of importance to this company - as a customer, I am wrecked.
