I just moved to the area and was trying to find a hair salon that would be able to manage My Pin St., Asian hair and I was not disappointed. I came in and saw Iris. She immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Also the aesthetic in the salon is absolutely stunning so that helps as well. Once we got started we had such an amazing conversation and she is such a lovely person inside and out I would definitely recommend the salon. The hair wash was so relaxing and I truly felt like it was an experience. I will definitely be back. This is now my go to salon.

This salon gives the best service. They are so kind. They offer me snacks, offered me coffee or tea and one of the stylist offer to buy me Starbucks. Place was neat and clean. Looks professional and the interior was aesthetically pleasing. They have a foot rest to rest your feet on when they wash your hair.

This is my first time at Arc after hearing so many good things about this studio. I hadn't cut my hair in a year and just wanted something low maintenance but still looked effortlessly styled. Iris is so incredibly sweet and warm, easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. She gave some great product recommendations and tips to style my hair on my own at home without coming off pushy. She really listened to my wants, but also explained what is realistic for my hair type. I loved my experience here and how my cut turned out. Not to mention, the studio is soooo gorgeous and relaxing. Definitely coming back!

I got a no bleach balayage done at the end of summer with Phoebe right before my honeymoon. It was so nicely done, subtle but you can notice more dimension that my natural dark brown hair. I’ve received a lot of compliments and to this day (it’s now mid December) it still looks nice, the colour has not faded to an yellow hue but more warm tone which is nice.

For context, I have gotten my hair balayages many times in my early 20s (been to Oreya and Lisa Dinh etc) and stopped in my later 20s for my wedding (wanted it all my natural colour). I haven’t died my hair in years and I was hesitant to comprise my hair health as it’s grown so healthy. Plus I know what the maintenance of having a balayage as an Asian girl is lol. The no bleach balayage is truly your answer for a subtle change with low maintenance without also breaking the bank!

Arc is the best salon I have ever been too! I started coming to the salon when I found out they were accepting new clients. My hair had many different tones and needed a lot of work. I toned my hair and got the most wonderful haircuts here. The ladies at the salon always told me with multiple sessions I could possibly achieve what I wanted. They never promised anything to me but I believed in the process and now I am the blondest I have ever been. The tone is now absolutely amazing and all the ladies at the salon are so skilled and beyond talented. The first attached photo is a picture of my before hair and the second is my new beautiful hair Susanna did for me.

I was recommended by my friend to try the salon out and so she booked an appointment for me with phoebe. I did a platinum card before where she fixed the blonde I had with a previous hair stylist. Fast forward, I now have red hair which I love very much! She always gives me tips on how to take care of my hair in person or through IG. She’s always been very helpful! She explains at the beginning of the session on how the hair would turn out and how I should take care of it. 100% would recommend arc creative studio and especially Phoebe! Thank you for always being amazing!

They were the best people! I got great vibes from them and the time went pretty fast so 5/5 for this, but for hair color I am disappointed. The color I wanted was more on pink side and the one got was exactly same as a picture I specifically showed that I don’t want 🙁 I asked before choosing between colors which color is more achievable and the one I choose was suggested by Phoebe herself that she can acheive. Honestly, if she would have atleaste acknowledged the fact that she messed up, It would have been okay or even if she could have atleast tried to fix, but instead she told me in the picture it would look the same. So here are the two picx, the one I showed and the one she clicked of my haircolor. The top I can still live with but bottom is a problem, she suggested me a mask but the biggest issue for me is I wanted more color (like picture) but in the bottom, half of my hairs are still black so mask will not work, she should have applied more bleach in the end instead of being fast. I appreciate slow but good result than being fast and these results. Damn $700 later, every single person has told me that it looks like I dyed my hair at home 🙁 I am gonna redo the whole color. Anyways shoutout to Sarah, my friend loves her hair color and feels was worth the money hence the 2 star rating 🙂 Phoebe I know u could achieve the color as in the top its still okay but bottom more bleach was needed 🙂

The salon is beautiful and spacious! The people are all very welcoming and it was very comfortable to sit there all day. Phoebe did an amazing job with my hair. It was above and beyond what I asked for! She was very thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend and will be coming back!!
