I totally agree with Nicole on that last point of cut off! Back in January I was also cut off just before a 4 way stop and on ice. Ended up in an accident and the driver was saying that it wasn’t his fault until I told him I had a dash cam and was also video taping him at the time I got out of my truck until he drove away. Saying he was late for work and not to get the police involved, he’d pay for the damage after I called police and he drove away. Got all his information… but due to the fact that it was 1 lane and I was behind him.. insurance company said it was MY FAULT AND I ENDED UP PAYING FOR DAMAGES THAT HE CAUSED!!!!!!

With bad roads going on in the city I was cut off by three different apex vehicles. All where in lanes that weren’t moving turning into the moving lane and not checking to see if anyone was coming. The employees acted like they owned the road and had zero remorse for their actions. Definitely a large red flag if you ask me.

I'd like to know more about the regulations and policy procedures regarding rent a cops. Where can I find proper information? Especially my rights when faced with hostile man, at night. I'm curious if this company were audited what the findings would be.

This company is the absolute worst. I was accused of stealing through a guy named Kiran. I was harassed and it’s extremely unsettling that I experienced this. I will NEVER shop at shoppers drug mart again. I did nothing and I will not tolerate insinuations nor will I walk away quietly as these guys accuse me of something I did not do. They falsely accused the wrong person and I’m going to make sure they know it. I am the type of person to go to the end of the earth to prove my innocence when I did nothing wrong!!!

Great customer service, at the expense of their employees well being. Uniforms dont fit anyone besides "average" build, and they don't look out for their staff. They promise things and dont keep their promises. The guards themselves are fantastic but the management team leave a lot to be desired. The managers do not show any regard for employees needs or well being, and if you have anything going on that may hinder your ability to be 110% useful to them, they use it as a reason to get rid of you instead of helping like they say they want to. They will disregard a leave of absence then tell you that you need to focus on yourself when they fire you as a result. "Professionalism" aka capitalism at its finest here.

We have been with Apex for many years. Although we have not had any emergencies (thank goodness) they have always been helpful with questions, updates and services. The best part is them being local can monitor the house in person.
