We had our entire exterior painted and minor repairs done. Jerod ensured the team was punctual and accountable. The entire team worked efficiently over 2.5 weeks to paint our home. They were super excited by the bold colour choices but made sense for living in the maritimes. From quoting to the end, it was seamless. We especially appreciated the team cleaning up each day to not leave a mess to build up throughout the process. We have future work for them.

We recently had the aluminum siding on our home painted by APP. It was a pleasure to work with Jarod and we were very pleased with all aspects of their work. Any questions or concerns were dealt with appropriately. The prep work and painting were completed professionally and in a timely manner. The painters were punctual, courteous, and friendly. Disappointed Experience – Never Got Past the Estimate Stage

Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the quality of Annapolis Pro Painters’ work because I never got that far. Jarod came out to look at the job(s) and seemed very friendly and professional during our meeting. I was told I’d receive an estimate and was looking forward to having my deck stained in September.

After a week with no estimate, I finally received a text message from Jarod explaining that they had landed a bigger job in September and would no longer be able to take on my project. Not only was my job dropped, but they didn’t even take the time to provide the estimate as promised.

This experience left me feeling like the professionalism I saw up front was just smoke and mirrors. Prioritizing larger jobs over following through with existing commitments is disappointing and tells me a lot about where their priorities lie. It’s unfortunate—I was genuinely looking forward to hiring them. But in the end, maybe it’s for the best.

Jarod was responsive and kept in touch with updates when the timeline of the project changed. They came back and touched up a few spots after completing the job which was much appreciated. Annapolis Pro Painters did a full exterior paint on our wood sided house. It was a large job with lots of masking, caulking and prep involved. The team of painters worked very well together and the work went smoothly and was completed within the promised time frame without any rushing to finish. They exercised care around garden beds and ensured that there was no overspray in any unwanted areas. The end result looks great and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Annapolis Pro Painters!
