Anduro was helpful in the beginning, but my project was farmed out to about 3 people...which made in confusing for me. I think that they may be going through some changes internally which made them inefficient at following through some tasks like the website writing which took 2 months from the suggestion to do it to actually having it done! That was too long for me. I also had to follow up to make sure things were done because otherwise they would be forgotten. I also had to figure out on my own why Google Places wasn't working for me.

Bottomline: I think they are knowledgeable, but until they get more organized with project management and have a better run business to address the details with each client...I would go somewhere else.

April 2nd, 2013. I am updating my review since the owners of Anduro Marketing contacted me and were interested in what I had to say. They did not get defensive and were actually implementing changes to address some of the problems I had. I would use them again and I would address any problems when and if they occurred so that they have an opportunity to respond right away. I look at this experience as "growing pains" for them, since I do believe that they know what they are doing and they did help us get our business near the front page of Google. Thank you Anduro.

We were interested in using analytics to track our clients and figure out what Social Media tool is best for our marketing purposes. Jeff came and did a 3 hour workshop for our manager group. He showed how we compared to other institutions and where we needed to improve. It was very enlightening to actually see the raw data and stats. We invited him back to speak at our annual Social Media Conference on analytics. (MRU Shift 2013). Finding out what the ROI is on Social Media is tricky. You need someone who is knowledgeable on all of the Social Media channels, as well as someone who knows how to collect and analyze the data. I follow both him personally and Anduro Marketing on Twitter and they walk the talk on Social Media and Marketing.
