I visited this UPS pickup location expecting a routine experience, but was met with surprising hostility and a lack of professionalism. It started off fine until their UPS Interac machine wasn’t working (their office interac was working), and when I explained that I didn’t have cash on hand and couldn’t leave to get any, the employee’s response was not just unhelpful—it was openly rude.

Instead of offering any kind of solution or even a basic apology for the inconvenience, she began raising her voice, questioning repeatedly why I couldn’t just go get cash, as though my situation was somehow unreasonable. Her tone was accusatory and dismissive, and I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers. I ultimately left in tears.

This was an entirely preventable situation, made worse by a complete lack of patience, empathy, or customer service. I hope the company seriously considers how such behavior reflects on their brand—because no one should be treated that way over a payment issue they didn’t create.

to be clear it was just 1 employee, not all of them!

Looking at these reviews I can only agree that the 1 star ratings are in fact correct. I had 2 missed drop offs and had to go into the office because it was quite apparent that I was not going to be able to be home when the package was delivered. I understand that these people have to deal with frustrating circumstances on the daily but the customer service needs a little work. I was greeted upon my arrival (which was nice) but as soon as I didn't quite understand how the notice papers worked or what companies they deliver for I was treated a bit unfairly and left with no better understanding. Non the less whomever responds to these reviews (or did) needs to understand that trying to lay the blame on the complaining customer is definitely not how you get good reviews. Resolve it in an email not on your reviews page...

It's pretty concerning that an opinion would drop from 5 star consideration from many previous deliveries to 1 star with 1 issue (0 if it was a choice) Issues happen and I was willing to accept that. It's how issues are addressed are a major measurement of success / failure.
I don't know what benefit this company would think a customer has for stating something was not delivered to the correct address that simply was not.
After reaching out to them to notify of the issue and walking the perimeter of the property in the fresh snow, they were to look into it and return call. 3+ hours later, I called again and their driver said it was delivered. While on the phone I did a second walk around the perimeter an still nothing there. As well there were no vehicle tracks in the drive or any foot tracks other than my own which were now partially buried in fresh snow. I then spoke with a manager and yes, at this point I was upset. Almost $400.00 item I specifically stayed how to receive so it wouldn't wind up exposed to the elements was a waste of time.
Funny thing that after that conversation, a vehicle was heard idling outside while I was again on the phone with him. He the was tom send a photo of the delivery. While waiting for the email I went back outside and first thing noticed was very fresh tire tracks in the drive and fresh foot tracks from where the vehicle stopped to a box sitting at the door.
The very sad part of this whole ideal, is the response from AM that it was impossible to be just delivered as the driver was in Saskatoon.
All it would have taken was a little honesty to resolve the issue rather than paint an extremely negative picture.
Shameful!

To counter your response,
Indeed, I was belligerent and as I’m called a liar repeatedly it’s something I will not apologize for simply because there was no lying from my side. Perhaps you should consider whether there would be any benefit or reason for a customer to claim a delivery was not made if it indeed had been?
You mentioned posting a date stamped photo. Ok however, date stamps are easily manipulated. I took the liberty to include the photo sent to me yesterday.
In the photos I posted, the date stamp alone wouldn’t really matter however, when the (only) tracks in the drive are of a vehicle stopped mid-way and foot tracks leading from 1 side of the vehicle to the back then beyond would lead the impression of a delivery. The unique thing here is, there was steady snow for about 5-1/2 hours resulting in 5 or 6 cm accumulation. Looking at the closeup of the tire tread track, one would wonder that if this occurred at 8:30 in the morning during snowfall, how is it possible to have such a fresh pristine tire tread impression at 5:00 in the afternoon?
The next photo is of the same location (with a flash) that your driver took of the delivery only 24 hours later from the time claimed. Conformation email stated 8:19 am (8:16 am this morning) How can it be possible that the photo you have could be in such daylight when this morning it is dark? But don’t just believe the photo itself. Add to that that, sunrise was not until 9:04am this morning.
I posted this for people to have as much information as possible to make an informed decision which is the intent of the review process in the first place. Call me a liar all you want. The evidence paints a different picture than your statements.

I didn't know about these guys until 6 months ago when I was referred, but I have been really happy with them so far and will be taking all of my business over. A lot of courier companies just don't have their act together - we've experienced (from other courier companies) lost deliveries, late deliveries, and even a hit and run on one of our vehicles from a delivery driver... AM, on the other hand, are excellent. Good staff, good management, reasonable rates, and packages have always been in time. They make you feel like they appreciate your business. Would recommend.

I have never used this company before
but one of their drivers should be fired
immediately for erratic and dangerous
distracted driving. He came extremely
close to causing two serious accidents
on Ring Road in Regina. In both
situations the AM company driver attempted to merge into the left lane while a car was driving right alongside him. He did this to one car during the process of merging onto ring road and then a couple minutes later repeated the dangerous act as I was attempting to pass. This driver pulled right over
into me forcing me to slam on my breaks
and swerve toward the ditch. Had I not
reacted so quickly contact would have
definitely been made and it is highly
likely the right side and front of my car
would have received significant damage.
My attempts to alert him went unnoticed and when I had the opportunity to get a look at this driver it became immediately clear to me he was not paying adequate attention to the road and was looking down distracted by something in his lap. This had potential to have ended very badly, please don’t let it happen again.

Edit: I sent you an email a couple days ago that you have yet to respond to….

I understand the driver doesn't know I have a screaming baby, but it is not right to 'ding dong ditch' anyone at 730 in the morning. We order a lot through all the other services, and this is the only delivery service that does this.

Update*** even though the reply to this review says they don't deliver as early as 730 is a lie, because I have multiple timestamped photos of the big box truck that is CLEARLY marked with the yellow & red AM delivery logo. But the doorbell is no longer being rung, so that's something.
Today my neighbors package was delivered to my house at 7:22.

They didn't deliver my package, instead they hung a notice on my door. I had to go to their office to get it and asked why it wasn't delivered and they said "they tried but no answer" which is a boldface lie. I watched the driver get out of the vehicle, she had the notice in her hand and walk up to my front door. She did not knock or even have my package with her. I was expecting another item so thought the notice was an envelope and that it was put in my mailbox. I have heard from others who have experienced the same thing. Poor business practice, customer service, and work ethics.
