I had my passenger side rear window blown out coming into Chetwyn, called All West glass, the lady gave me great directions to the shop. As I was pulling into the customer parking they rolled up the bay, directed me in, patched up the void which was once my window with a plastic wrap and I was on the road again within 20 minutes. They didn’t charge me for their service so I left a tip. The people that worked on my vehicle were friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Got to love small towns. I recommend All West Glass Chetwyn for all auto glass needs. Thank you for the great service experience!

I was in a pinch and Jaclyn (sorry if that's wrong) was courteous & expedient. She got my windshield replacement order in immediately and found the option with the best value. All of my questions were answered and my windshield was done on time.

All west went above & beyond, reattaching my rearview mirror and throwing in some glass cleaner.

Busting my windshield going 90 down the wabi hill was not a good experience but, thankfully, getting it replaced was.

This shop was awesome. I had a smashed back door window, and was worried about it wide open and theft. They offered to wrap the opening and even went a huge step further by offering to store the truck in their shop till the window arrived. Above and beyond customer service here!

Horrible place wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Prebooked a appointment so we’d make it to our driving test and was told it was all ready to go drove a hour each way to get there and dropped it off for 2.5 hours (was told it would take 1.5) and go to pick it up to be told they didn’t even work on it that they didn’t have the glass yet, despite telling me they did. So 2 hours in driving and 2.5 there for no work to be done costing me gas and a test cancellation fee and had to come back the next day for the window. Should have been told 30 minutes into the appointment that they didn’t have it as we wouldn’t have waited 2 more hours for it in town when we don’t live here and had to just mindlessly walk around town. But instead they waited until long after our car should have been done to even tell us there was an issue. Would not come back wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy. Didn’t even get a discount after a total of 4 hours driving and 4 hours waiting for the car with both the days after all was said and done. Definitely should have picked the other shop in town, even if I had to pay out of pocket, good service is worth it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

On my last road trip I had the misfortune of getting three rock chips on the windshield of my truck.

On arrival in Chetwynd I dropped by All West Glass and they were able to accommodate me right away. In less than an hour I was back on the road again with virtually almost no trace of the rock chips left.

The young man who did the work was very professional and courteous and the price was certainly right 🙂

Brought my bathroom window to get the glass replaced. We were told that we would be called back with an estimate a few days later.
After over a week of no contact, I called them 7 times and different times and multiple days and did not get through.
When I finally did get through 2 weeks after the date we dropped the window off, I was told they didn't have my window.
They did, they just didn't look for it.
If I knew that it would have taken over 2 weeks to get a small window looked at I never would have brought it there considering I had a box and tape replacing it.
I felt like the lady I dealt with, blamed me, and took no responsibility for the lack of communication.
I took it to chetwynd glass and they had it fixed within 4 hours.
