If it is your first time working on a big project that has A/V requirements, this is the company to trust. You do not need to be an expert at A/V to be able to communicate your needs or make a plan. More importantly you can TRUST that they are taking care of you without going over budget.

The reviewer is a tele-marketer who was attempting to sell Rodger a Texas oil investment. She lied to our receptionist to get through to Rodger who then politely asked her to stop calling (wasn't the first time she'd called) and remove him from her list. She wasn't happy with this suggestion and proceeded to tell Rodger that she'll "call whoever she likes" and that there's nothing we can do about it. She was then told, as I'm sure we all would, to "F*** off" and hung up on. Quite why she's so angry, we're not sure, but we'd think that kind of stuff comes with her odd choice of job!

In summary; if you're a telemarketer selling investments, yes, you might get abused. However, if you have a legitimate reason to call, you'll be treated to great customer service from our whole team! Just don't try and sell us Texas oil 😉
