Charmant et très convivial. La cuisine est simple et bonne. Il y a une table communautaire qui permet aux voyageurs de partager repas et histoires. Je recommande chaudement !

We enjoyed each meal we had at Alestine's! The fish tacos, chili and fish & chips were delicious. It was busy and we had a large group but still we didn't wait too long. The owners are good people and offer a great experience right in town at Inuvik!

Absolutely wonderful. After a long day on the motorbike, this was heaven - but not just for NWT, for all of Canada! Excellent food, service, and environment. Planning to eat here every night!

Fun little place. Whitefish was excellent! French fries, on point. Slaw in the tacos was really good. Friendly service.
I was seated at one of the four tables inside with 3 people I didn't know. This worked will for us. But since ppl may not have enjoyed it.
They open at 5pm and it's cash only.

The famous “bus” restaurant. The lady boss single-handedly run the place. The food was amazing and the desserts were just right.
The place was cozy and warm.
The decor was nice.
It’s cash only. They take e-transfer.
Will return next time visiting inuvik.

What a gem this restaurant is in Inuvik. The owner is amazing and seemingly single handed seats, takes your order and brings out the most amazing food. Believe the reviews. The only bad reviews are from people that didn't eat here. Try it out, it's a must

Alestine's is a very different kind of restaurant that has the kitchen in a school bus and the dining room in a small square building. If you can get 20 people in for one sitting it would be full.

It's operating from a back yard in Inuvik and is easy to find.

The food was very good, and the service was exceptional. I would say that the owner is what makes this business a success. She has a wonderful personality and certainly appealed to all the patrons that were enjoying the restaurant when I was there. The decor is interesting and the menu has interesting choices. You must go eat here to understand what I mean!

This is a quirky/eclectic little place. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful. Fresh, fast, and delicious. The chili is outstanding, and the fish and chips were delicious; perfectly crisp and moist.
