By far the worst medical service I've ever had. Staff lied to me about the ability to request a waiver for my disability forms, telling me "no" directly; when I returned after doing research at home, to tell them that they lied to me, they backpedaled and said that I COULD request a waiver from the doctor. They did not want to admit their mistake and began speaking over me as a group, not allowing me to voice my frustrations. When I raised my voice as one does when they are repeatedly interrupted, they became hostile and defensive and even told me that I did not have the right to command respect in this situation which I was disrespected. I returned a few weeks later to attend my appointment, only to find that they had BANNED me from the clinic without even notifying me through the email address I had provided to them.
They will be served a lawsuit on this event as soon as I have time and money as I only ever voiced my frustrations as politely as I normally would, and they have somehow misconstrued this as "abusive" behaviour. I have no vehicle and have a disability, I have no family or friends, so they have effectively caused me psychological and medical damages which are causing me unnecessary suffering in a difficult time in my life.

DO NOT use these services. If you have a problem with them, just go to another clinic in another town. They are unable to account for their poor behaviour and have very few experienced staff members who are able to receive concerns effectively and intelligently.
