We went to get our cell phones upgraded. I highly recommend Joanne who did an amazing job from start to finish . She managed to get us fixed up with the phones we wanted in a very professional and friendly manner. Cindy also helped out and was also very kind and answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good about this Team and staff , amazing knowledge and there is nothing that these gals and guys can’t do. Cindy and Jo and Logan are always there for me, annd stepped up to help me understand how to use the phones or my kids phones or setting them up , it’s painless and worry free. I can’t say how many hugs I’ve given for them heaping me and giving me so much help on the techy side. Ok maybe i didn’t hug Logan but again , Cindy’s team is great. Excellent staff. As an aged man they saved me from The Little House of woke Leftys. I didn't agree with policy which irritated me and left in a huff No big deal 😒 and this girl followed me out snapping pictures of me and threatening to call the police 😒. So I went over to Advanced and they took care of my issues very kindly and professionally

Cindy and staff are the absolute best in the industry. They have helped me with corporate accounts, personal communication devices and will take the time to make sure everything you need is set up. They are always available to answer my questions, even with a text or phone call if I can’t get into the store.

They also helped me save a substantial amount of money by postponing my newest purchase until the Black Friday sale, and made sure to remind me to come in when it was ready.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my telecommunications.
