Great support team!

Calculation features are very helpful if you want to track usage numbers etc. Campaign, form, and LP set up is easy with enough options for customization.

Generating reports with custom fields or adding fields to an existing report/list isn't an option. I get different numbers for form conversions depending where I look, and currently there is no way to see changes in open and click rates over different periods of time.

Small usability bug - some contact fields are labeled differently throughout the application. For example, if you want to dynamically insert a certain field into an email, the field doesn't always have the same name that's displayed in the contact record when you try to look it up the list of codes for inserting data. So we end up second guessing if we're using the right field until we test a few times.

The integrations are helpful. We're able to add contacts to Pipedrive pipelines and trigger campaigns based on pipeline stage which saves a lot of work for our sales team.

I was looking for an enterprise level automation system to improve our follow up and lead intake process with some email and text message drip campaigns. What I believed was a simple enough request ended up taking ages to research and test. I tried a few other services but everything else I tried wasn't able to accomplish my two main asks: to plug in directly with my CRM and send text messages without needing complex integration.
