I want to acknowledge the following efforts Frank and the Abadoo team put into my orders. Thank you for:
• Organizing and sending me product options and presentations;
• Answering my various questions and sending status updates over the phone and email;
• Keeping track of the plethora of emails and completing tasks on time and without fail;
• Explaining the sampling process;
• Personally delivering complementary items along with samples and final products to my office;
• Personally picking up samples that were accepted or rejected;
• Constructing mock-ups with the perfect logo placements;
• Sending numerous invoices ahead of schedule;
• Getting final products to me on time;
• Keeping your promise to get me items before its hard deadline (THIS WAS HUGE!!); and
• So many more aspects of the project that I never saw or have not mentioned.

Will so many competitors you should find someone else. My partner and I went in knowing what we wanted and Frank kept trying to sell us something else. We were there for over 2 hours and eventually walked out because he wouldn't listen to what we wanted. He also was more concerned with staff questions and he cell phone than us.
