Loved the Intro to Weaving workshop at Ply. Carmen made us feel super welcome and safe with rapid antigen tests. The materials were so nice to work with and the whole experience was a wonderful break from the busy-ness of regular life.

The online classes at Ply Studio are very well done. Carmen is an excellent instructor and her descriptions of the steps are easy to follow. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who is willing to try something new. The materials she provided were a joy to use. Overall it was a very engaging and personally rewarding experience to be involved with Ply Studio!

Ply Studio is an absolute gem! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed a crochet class. I have been wanting to get more creative and work in a tactile way for a long time, but really didn't know where to start and felt quite incompetent. Carmen is a very talented and encouraging teacher - she lit up a spark of enthusiasm in me to try creating and to build confidence little by little. The studio is an amazingly calm and inviting space - can't wait to go back! Would highly recommend.

Such a good workshop experience at Ply Studio this past weekend for Basketweaving. Carmen is a good teacher, you can tell she has passion for what she does. The studio space is welcoming/warm and cozy. A perfect place to spend the day. I very much enjoyed that the class taught us three varieties of basket weaving. We learned the techniques in class and have the skills needed to finish the basket at home. I'll be on the lookout for future workshops at Ply!

I did a private virtual beginners weaving class with Carmen and I LOVED it! One year later I am still weaving when ever I can and her techniques, handmade lap loom and gorgeous fibers are with me every step of the way. I highly recommend the time spent learning with such a passionate human. Thank you!

Carmen is a fantastic teacher! Her Cosy space is perfect for relaxing and learning! I have now done 3 classes and plan to do many more! She makes learning a new craft fun!?
