Over the past week, I visited four different locations attempting to have passport photos taken for my 5-month-old baby, yet none were able to complete the task. A friend suggested Nerses Photo Studio, so I decided to look them up online. Although I noticed they had closed at 5 pm (it was already 5:05 pm), I called to leave a message, hoping to arrange for the photos the next day. To my surprise, someone answered and graciously told me they would stay open for my arrival.

When I got there, the entire process was incredibly efficient—within just four minutes, the photos were taken, and another two minutes for printing. I was in and out in no time, and the best part was my little one remained calm and content throughout the six-minute visit.

I can't thank Nerses Photo Studio enough for their exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning for my baby's future pictures and our family portraits. I’m excited for what’s to come!

I went here to take my passport photos and it was such a great experience. I made an appointment for bright and early in the morning and was able to come in early. The staff member I worked with was kind and helpful and efficient, and the cost was really reasonable as well!!! I definitely recommend coming here for all different kinds of photos

Nerses Photo Studio has outdone themselves! This amazing mother daughter duo has pulled off a miracle! My fiancé and I have been wanting to get married for a long time and we always put it off as weddings are so expensive. This year I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and figured its time to get married finally. I started the search for a photographer and noticed it was something we could not afford for the wedding. We also had a newspaper article written about us recently and I guess Kathrin and her daughter Kathrin from Nerses photo studio seen the article in the paper and they called us up and offered their time for us for the wedding! We are so thankful for this chance to have our wedding memories caught by professionals.

I had graduation photos taken here, and they turned out so nice! They have a beautiful garden out back that just made the photos look so much better! Catharine has a great way of taking the photos at the right time by making you laugh or saying something funny, very nice people. Highly recommend this studio!

Booked headshots, when I called the woman was really awkward and apparently pissed I called on a Monday, was told the price on the phone was "$175" only to learn after the shoot was over that that meant for ONE picture (All other photographers I've found provide a package of photos for less). The shoot was awkward and didn't get any good shots that were usable, the photographer had me look through unedited pictures myself (the bulk of the actual work), when there was nothing that could be used (blur, blinking, over exposed, lighting was bad, wrong lens so was body distorted or disproportionate) we took more which were worse. When I got the edited versions of the one that I thought I could maybe work with the editing was atrocious. Super outdated, blurred background with no saturation, I went in with a tan and I looked like the Adams family except 400lbs because she used the wrong lens, over exposed, poses were JC Penny awkward. In the end I paid $175, drove to North end St Catharines and took a morning off of work for the worst pictures of myself I've ever seen, and ended up having to use an I phone picture taken at work for my head shot.

This place was entitled, incredibly out dated both in editing and shooting and had the worst customer service I've ever had from a photographer in my life. I have no idea why this place has positive ratings.
