After getting transfered 3 times (always happens) finally got a person who could supposedly help me. He did not and left me with no internet at all. He was pleasant but could not help me. Telus really, really need to hire more staff. Every company wants to save money, but it appears Telus has decided to save all its money in the customer service area. Telus appears to be a company obsessed with transfering customers ASAP and usually to a completely useless bot. My impression of Telus is their main focus is to do it cheap, cheap, cheap and to hell with service.
