Mike has gone above and beyond when helping us get the perfect merchandise. His expertise and experience has been an incredible asset! We had a refresh on our merchandise and he was able to guide us in what would print best and was knowledgeable about the quality of materials that was in our budget. He is intentional and quick in communication and very organized when it comes to orders and staying up to date on their status. We are so impressed with his professionalism, patience with our questions and genuine service.

Mike and his staff were awesome to deal with and made getting our awards easy. They gave suggestions on plaques and mugs that would be suitable for what we needed and when the original plan didn't look as great as we hoped they changed it up and provided us with a really sharp looking finished product. They always responded by email or phone promptly and I had our finished products in less than 3 weeks. We will definitely go back to them for future projects and I highly recommend them.

Mike has been engraving medallions for Recovery Literature Bookstore for 4 + years. His work is perfect! Mike's turnaround time is fast. And his staff are THE best!! I enjoying going to shop on Dewdney Avenue to view all the items he has for sale. I would recommend shopping their first for any promotional or award requirements.
