The best rustic & genuine hard-loft studio in Toronto! It is situated perfectly at the DVP & Queen St E - in the #RiversideTO neighbourhood - easily accessible by transit (504 KING) and car. The space is large at 1,300 sq. ft. and ideal for natural light photography/video thanks to the south (and east) facing windows. Blackout curtains allow for the studio to be completely dark for strobist (like myself) and all the furniture is moveable. There is also plenty of grip gear (light stands, c-stands, super-booms, etc) and pro Broncolor lighting available for rent.

Rental rates are great and there is always a stocked mini fridge with refreshments as a bonus! Highly recommend!!!

Studio 311 is an amazing place and the owner goes out of his way to help make sure you have the best time experience at his studio. He also mentors new photographers because he truly wants to see everyone realize their goals and dreams. He worked with me during a recent photoshoot and the results were excellent. I learned so much from his expertise as he has been in the business for a long time and it is his passion. The quality of the equipment at Studio 311 is excellent and the space is open and inviting. It is clean and everything is sanitized and ready when you arrive.
There are lots of opportunities to use the natural light in the studio from the gorgeous windows or use the high quality lights and backdrops that you can rent. There are comfy places for your guests to sit and wait and a well-appointed hair and makeup area too.
It is easily accessible and there is an elevator which makes things so much easier when you are lugging your gear. The booking process is straightforward and there are no hidden costs and you get exactly what you pay for.
And the owner is truly a nice guy who really cares about his clients.

Beautiful, south-facing studio in an easy-to-access location. Professional quality broncolor lighting available if you don't want to use the gorgeous natural light that comes in those big windows! Full-service rental studio for any photo or video shoot. Great rates, too.

Beautiful set up with natural light, great space to apply make-up, do hair and outfit changes.
Giancarlo was well prepared to explain “angles”, posing and facial techniques that made my headshots look professional and fresh. Had access to edited photos in a very reasonable time.

Amazing photography studio! Shot here two weeks ago and it was a great time. Covid protocols were in place and lots of hand sanitizer and disinfect was provided. I highly recommend this space.
