Nice place for lunch. Recommend any of the burgers, with crinkle fries. This small town diner as been open just over a year. Nice decòr, casual experience, open seating, and flexible tables for pushing together. The entertainment was when the guy in the kitchen rang the bell (twice), while I was quizzing the waitress, all I heard was "alright I'm com'in". Yup, that kind of casual. Clean washrooms.

This place was bumpin’ for lunch. I had an egg salad and hamburger soup and shared some cheese sticks. All of which was great and homemade. My partners’ had the lunch special, honey dill chicken sandwich, as well as an omelette. Service was friendly and good. Would definitely return if ever in the area again.

The diner has a very inviting atmosphere. The cook was great! She made us feel like we were at home with friends. The service was fast and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this diner!

Stopped in for Breakfast and good variety for breakfast dishes. Sausage or Farmer's sausage, shredded or cubed hash browns..The breakfast Sausages I had were really good. Waitress was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our meal. Diner decor was pretty cool and put me in mind of a 50's style Diner. If we're ever back in this area again, we'll definitely be stopping for a meal again.

I grew up the area hoping for a taste of home and wanting to support locally business.
In all my years of eating across the country in all major city centres and rural areas, I have never met such a rude waitress as the one I had here today.

Good food, awesome service by the kitchen, bad service by the waitress.

When I asked if I could substitute fries for a mashed potatoes with a burger that I ordered, the waitress said I couldn't. She further said that even if she could, she wouldn't know what to charge me. I indicated that if mashed potatoes were available as a side in other dishes on the menu, it should be easy to make the substitute. She informed me she doesn't make rules. I was unappreciative of here attitude and response and remained steadfast. She then said that she would ask the cook. Low and behold I was able to get my requested granted.

If a customer requests for a substitute and the kitchen has the requested item available as part of the menu, make it happen to suit the customer's request. Not give a unprofessional and cocky response.

We both had the special. My husband had the egg salad sandwich with soup. And I had the egg salad sandwich with Cesar salad. We loved everything. Soup was nicely seasoned, salad was fresh as were the sandwiches. We are already talking about our next road trip, we will make a point of stopping into this gem again.

Excellent place to stop for a meal. We were traveling back to Alberta from Dauphin and needed breakfast. We had great service and the breakfast quesadilla is very good.
