Absolute trash. Closed on the weekends (no support or maintenance), slow speeds, only works half of the time. Complete waste of money. I'm moving due to the lack of intelligence within this company.

I pay for the big internet package and I get spotty and unreliable connections, speeds far below what I pay for, and no real way to get anything better. The internet service provided by this company is terrible, but its the only one in the area that has unlimited. This service is a robbery to the people who need internet and have no other options. You may as well pay for full data on your phone and hotspot forever, it would honestly be more reliable. 10/10 never using this company again once any other option comes along.

Completely unreliable internet basically half the month your paying for your service to be down. An absolute scam of a service if you can even call it that

The internet speeds are spotty, sometimes good, sometimes bad so it's not as reliable as I would like. As an internet service provider, they do not have an after hours or any way of contacting them when they are closed. If your internet goes down because of a power out or other reason and doesn't reset when the power goes back on there is no way to contact them to reset at the source so you can go long periods of time without internet service. The staff are very friendly and so are the technicians but it is useless if you can't contact anyone.

Promises of speeds that are rarely actually provided. Loss of service often and lack of good customer service from one of the women in office.
Have over heard her on more than one occasion be blatantly rude to customers over the phone.

It's unfortunate that there arent a lot of other options yet. Will be eventually making the switch the starlink though

The internet is complete garbage,tiniest thing happens to it and it crashes for hours and sometimes a day........constantly having to restart it just to get it to work and so on,for the price I pay,it should be flawless,ain't no sense calling because they won't do anything about it

Its alright when it actually works.
However I feel like I am paying for a service that only works 50% of the time.

The last few weeks it has been absolutely pathetic.

Internet & phone lines down constantly.

Consider your other options if you need a RELIABLE service provider.

They don't even have a number to call on weekends when the entire town is down.

Want the truth?
It is internet. That's it. Nothing special. Nothing fast. Nothing reliable. But the people are nice and the mechanics are very quick and letting you know they are working on fixing the issues. ( seems to be alot)
But I mean little village, little option's. You may want to look into your options and make sure to test the speeds yourself. Dont trust what they "say you'll get"

You can pay now to have "faster internet" but you need to upgrade your modem.$$$$
But prices are fair. And service is okay. They dont call you on the second your bill is due witch is very VERY nice. So that brings the stars up for sure.
