Honestly just more disappointed with the experience as when it comes to phones and stuff they seem to have really solid reviews and even others I know personally have said they’re good.

Brought PS5 in month or so ago because it suddenly was not turning on. They receive it “ok well let you know in around a week” almost 2 go by and when we message week + half later basically just asking for an update because they had previously said a week “if you can’t wait then come get it”. Nonetheless 2.5 weeks go by they let us know it’s good to go and we come to grab it. Bring it home and once it goes on realize it’s just freezing now whenever you turn it on and try to do anything. We tell them that “ok no problem bring it easy fix” so we do. Get it back few days later and not one thing was different it’s as if they just turned it on again pressed a couple buttons and assumed it was fine. We tell them that “ok easy fix just do this” this time just start sending long YouTube videos for us to try and solve the problem they assumed it’s having now (spoiler, wasnt) and when we say we don’t have the tools for what they want us to do “ok bring it back easy fix we’ll fix it same day” this will be the 3rd time bringing it there in a month and we live an hour away, but we want it fixed and they said they would. Send us a picture hour after bringing it in and it was on again(at that point that wasn’t the problem and they obviously knew that) but say its good to go come pick it up, awesome right? Bring it home and if anything it’s doing the same freezing just worse. And when explaining and sending them the videos later that night “we’re done with this. here’s your money”

While of course the refund is appreciated and of course people are not perfect and maybe it’s just a deeper issue with the console that has to be dealt with somewhere else, it was the way they handled it just felt as if they never really cared or actually were committed to fixing the problem. From the customer service, to the work itself unfortunately could not recommend this place less if you need to bring your gaming console somewhere.

Brought in a travel trailer stereo with a disconnected aux in sleeve. I had it apart to show exactly what was wrong. The connection on the board were too small for me to re-solder and they did it on minutes.
