I have to preface this review by saying that I met Mark and Laura at a very difficult and emotional time having just lost my mother and finding myself tasked with selling her home. They were the epitome of compassion, sensitivity and kindness "holding my hand " on more than one occasion when things became overwhelming.

From the very first meeting w Mark and Laura i was blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, response time and preparedness. Not only did they arrive with comps and aerial photos of the house but they walked the property to familiarize themselves with it.. they even pointed out things I DIDN'T know about it.
The listing was prepared with their usual attention to detail and the most incredible drone footage truly showing the property in it's best light.
Showings were navigated clearly, respectfully and with the highest level of communication. I think most importantly, they listened and were always able to accommodate and provide feedback.
They went out of their way on more than one occasion to help, even coming out to fix a door handle after business hours that had gotten stuck or to provide last minute referrals when the need arose.
When the offers came, Mark and Laura handled them artfully and always with my best interest in mind. After a couple of "almosts" the sale to the perfect buyer was done and i have them to thank.
They are true pro's that brought experience, knowledge and a very welcome human touch to the whole process. I truly was in the best hands with them and cannot thank them enough.
