I had such an amazing time at MW Artists’ pottery class! This was my first pottery class in Canada, and it exceeded all my expectations. The husband-and-wife team running it are so kind, patient, and knowledgeable—they really make you feel at home. The cozy vibe of the studio adds to the whole experience, and the small class size means you get plenty of personal attention.

I was initially booked for December 31st, but I fell sick and couldn’t make it. They were so understanding and kindly rescheduled my session for another day, which I really appreciated.

The way they teach and share their insights into pottery made the whole process so enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and that passion is contagious!

I’m already telling my friends to join me next time. If you’re thinking about trying pottery, this is the perfect place to start. Highly recommend it—you’ll love every minute! 😇

We did a date night doing a 1 hour pottery session, Mina and William were both fantastic and very patient. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about cute dates/or wanting to learn how to do some pottery. We're looking forward to booking another session soon.

My husband and I did the intro class - first time for both of us and I would highly recommend this as a date night or whatever fun night option. It’s a cute studio in Scarborough owned and managed by a husband and wife team. It’s not an intimidating experience at all. It really
does feel meditative and I will definitely be doing it again. Mina and William are incredibly patient as reviews suggest and you can tell they love what they do. :).

Mina and William are truly the best at what they do. Always friendly and efficient. I took a series of classes there and also used their facility for extra wheel time. Being in such a kind and supportive environment is what we all need, but especially beginner potters. Their kindness knows no bounds and I always enjoy my weekly visits to drop off and pick up my pieces. I strongly recommend you explore all their services. As Mina said “we want to establish a community of artists”. They certainly do that!

What a great experience. Very Saturday introduction class. William and Mina have created a much needed space to introduce people to making your own pottery and jewellery. The first class is to get you introduced to the wheel and if you are a natural, you will have lots of fun. It will be harder for others like me and you’ll end up making sludge. Hoping I get better. 😀
