I hired Lead for Trades to help generate more leads for my kitchen and remodel company in Ottawa, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to stick to their word and lied about several guarantees they made. They assured me that all ads would be managed under my business manager in my ads account, but instead, they ran everything under their ad account. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by granting me limited access to their accounts, blatantly lying about the initial agreement.

When I confronted them about this, their response was, "That's what we have now, take it or leave it," despite having already paid their hefty monthly retainer. To make matters worse, they set up the ads but never optimized them, or did so very sporadically, maybe once every two weeks. This is extremely irresponsible with the client’s money.

Every time I asked technical questions, they questioned my motives and made it clear they wanted to keep me uneducated and dependent on their retainers month after month. After spending thousands on Meta and Google ads along with their monthly fees, I received just one lead from Facebook and two price shoppers from Google.

Save your money and avoid this dishonest and insecure company at all costs. They are untrustworthy and offer abysmal service. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
