Loralee and Maegan were wonderful to work with! We were purchasing a home from out of country and were not always able to make arrangements in person. Maegan set up back to back viewings for us across a large geographical area and attended each showing. Once we made an offer they arranged for multiple inspections in our absence. When the offer was completed they continued to arrange and meet with contractors doing maintenance at the property. After move-in Loralee came by with her truck and removed an old appliance left on the property. Their client service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable about Vancouver Island and both are delightful to work with.We highly recommend Loralee and Maegan for your next real estate purchase.

Loralee was very patient and thorough, helping us to understand what we were searching for in a home.

We initially had specific ideas of what we wanted, and she patiently pointed out the pros and cons of all the properties that we looked at. She was excellent at providing information regarding what areas of a property could be improved, to increase value in the future as well as pointing out those potential hazards that may cost a lot in the future. She was excellent in explaining the potential of each property we looked at.

Once we realized that we were looking for something different than we had initially thought Loralee was able to show us those types of properties and she was extremely responsive and available to answer questions and find out any supplemental information for us. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, with regards to shopping, schools, hiking trails etc.

Loralee was able to make what is a quite stressful process pretty enjoyable and we looked forward to meeting up with her seeing what properties she would show us next. Also from the moment we found our new home to getting the keys, she constantly kept us informed of what was happening and the expected timeline. In the end, from making an offer to getting the keys happened in a really short time.
