I am very disappointed in the service that I received with Left Lane.
I had a consultation with Wanda weeks before our branding video shoot. I was asked some questions about what I was looking for. At the end of our consultation Wanda said she had enough information. 2 days after the shoot I receive the first draft of the video, completely horrible, nothing like what I had asked for. It seemed completely rushed, terrible music choice, random texts that appeared to be grabbed from our website (which I did not ask for). I contact Wanda and explain that I wasn't happy with the video. Immediately I am told that I was too vague about what I wanted and that I should have sent inspiration videos. * Up until this point I was never asked to provide this, and had been told that they had enough information*. Regardless, no problem, I send inspo videos, and even am told to find my own music for the video, even though Wanda agrees that the music choice in the first video was "horrible". I send all the info they requested, and specify that I would like my staff's faces shown in the video. Second draft is much better but faces still not shown. I tell them that I'm much happier with the video but could they please include shots of the staff. Days go by, Wanda contacts me to ask me exactly which staff I would like shown, I tell her. Few more days go by, I receive the "final draft" and I am told that Brian doesnt have footage of the staff because he felt that the viewer would be uncomfortable seeing people with masks on. I am completely baffled why they decided this without consulting me, especially when this was a key point that I wanted in the video. Even more odd, they took footage of our staff greeting guests and walking into the business...
I asked for still shots of my staff to use for our website staff bios. 3 weeks later I received the photos, nearly all of them are taken from the back showing their backside. I tried to contact Wanda, but she has decided to block my texts messages.
I have worked with this company once before and was very happy. This time was completely different. It would be bad enough if it was just that I received a poor product. But the disrespect and unprofessional manner in which this has been handled was far too much.

I paid $1200 and still have not received the video file
