Have been using UPR for around four years now. Their equipment is top notch, as is the owner, Randal!! Nothing is too much trouble for him. Text, email, messenger with any real or perceived issue and Randal is on it in a flash! Outstanding service.
If you are considering an Android / Kodi box, you owe to yourself to give Randal a call or swing by his store. You won't be disappointed.

"Service" - The action of helping or doing work for someone. Randal is by far one of the of the best service providers in the business. I have several boxes and no matter what the state of the industry, I know Randal has my back. He provides updates in a very timely manner (usually before we even know it needs it). I have had my box from UPR for a few years and anytime there is an issue Randal is quick to let us know as well as regular follow up emails with updates. He is responsive to all queries and his customer service is top class. If you’re looking for live TV or VOD, UPR is the place to go.

We've had our box for just under a year and absolutely love it. Randall's customer service is unsurpassed. He's quick to respond to any issues. We plan to buy an additional box and cut the cord as soon as my current Bell promotion expires next month. Highly recommend UPR.

We bought two streaming boxes from Randall in July. Best investment ever. Works beautiful was able to downgrade cable to basic, maybe one day get rid of it completely. Will be purchasing a third streaming box very shortly. No more box rentals from Bell. Randall is great to work with always there to assist in anyway. Highly recommend this service to everyone.
