If you are in need of anything audio or visual related, this Audio Video Unlimited is the place to go. They have showrooms set up where you can experience a full audio/video setup so that you can really appreciate the quality of the equipment sold.

What you might not know is that they also handle remote start servicing and audio installation for vehicles.

I had been looking for a business that would service remote starts for a while, but auto the repair shops and dealers do not deal with this typically.

Thanks to a recommendation to check out Audio Video Unlimited, I was able to get both the remote starts on my vehicles working again.

One vehicle was a simple settings fix and no charge, which was amazing service. The other vehicle I had lost the remotes for but it was still serviceable. Sean was able to get me set up with a Drone, which is hands down the best money I've ever spent.

With the Drone, you can remote start your vehicle from anywhere you have cell phone reception, can lock and unlock the vehicle from the phone app, and can track your vehicle as well. The Drone module itself is very inexpensive, and has a small monthly fee for the service (which you can pay annually for a discounted price).

I highly recommend a visit to Audio Video Unlimited - it is worth checking out, and the customer service is the best I've had for a shopping experience like this - thank you so much!

Amazing place to deal with. Originally got a few shops in Edmonton to quote me on a custom stereo instal for my vehicle but didn't really feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with either of them. One of the shops forgot to include the sub price in the quote and then continued to tell me they were giving me a great deal on the instal and product. They also didn't have any samples to show me of previous installs they had done but wanted me to just believe they did great work. Second shop I went to told me that they didn't think the system would sound any better than my stock B&O stereo. Neither shop left me wanting to give them my business so I ended up making the drive out to Camrose after reading a few of the other google reviews. Had a great conversation with Lance and left being excited to get my instal done there. Between Lance and Wade they did an amazing job that I am extremely happy with. Well worth the travel out to Camrose from Edmonton. Wish I had another vehicle for them to work their magic on!

This place does have high quality audio parts. Unfortunately I'm disappointed to say that their front counter staff doesn't often give good advice. I came in for 20ft of 0 gauge wire for my competition amp and when buddy asked what it was for and found out he recommended a smaller gauge wire cause apparently my amp didn't put out that much. Well low and behold a little while after my wire burned right up to a crisp with a 100amp fuse that they gave to me. For free which was nice but the recommended size of wire ruined my entire system. The wire couldn't carry the amount of current being sucked in from the battery by the amp. Thus the wires got red hot and broke off of the battery post.
So if you know what your doing. DO NOT HEAD ANY SORT OF ADVICE FROM THESE GUYS. Unless you want your car burnt down then these guys have good advice. I'm sorry audio video. I love your products but the info your guys have or are give is just wrong. Get some education on electronics and sound before working here sheesh. The photo below is the fuse you can clearly see the burnt wires in the picture shown. Shoulda taken more.

Quality work and great selection at the store! Take the drive and check these guys out. They have done 3 car audio systems for me and all have been flawless and sound amazing. I just picked up my Bronco from them today and really enjoyed my drive home with the upgraded audio! Much better then the factory B&O system. If you have a 2021+Bronco I highly recommend the Helix system and tailgate sub upgrade.

Staff not knowledgeable about audio equipment, they just want to make a sale. Wasted over $1000 when I didn't have to. What was supposed to be an upgrade was a down grade. Safe yourself a major headache and go elsewhere

Bought my TV and 2 car stereo systems and had them installed by them. Been a customer 3 times, and sent my dad here to buy his TV. Highly recommend them, they are nice, intelligent, and provide good discounts.

Asked for help and basically got told no as they don't handle Amazon items and I just wanted help to figure out my stereo... Very poor if you ask me it's what you do and I couldn't get help so I'll end up going to a place in Edmonton.. sad they don't try help all ..

Buying a new television was a great experience for us at Audio Video Unlimited. Staff member, Mark, was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us (we hadn't purchased at tv in over 15 years, so this was sort of new to us).
Given the size that would be perfect for our room and the model we would prefer, a set had to be brought in from the coast ... the wait was a week. Chris, the installer, did a great job. He made sure we were connected to our Optik cable and existing Bose sound bar. Now we are enjoying a stunningly detailed and vivid screen for our watching of British dramas (and the disturbingly stunning politics on this side of the pond).
It was great to buy locally. We saved the cost of gas money to go to a big box store in the city, got a comparable price, and have the assurance of a local business to support our purchase if needed.
