I would give them more stars if I could. Wonderful service! They took the time to find the problem with my car not like another dealership where they said it was a glitch and sent me out the door. They were awesome and very friendly. They take time to listen to your concerns and explain everything in detail. It's an hour and a half drive for me to get there but I will drive it everytime I need service. Thank You

Evan at Naber Ford was a life saver x 2. I locked both sets of fob keys in my mom’s car as we were loading it up to move her to an assisted living home. We called Nabor Ford and they sent Evan to unlock the car door. He did so in less than 5 minutes. No charge he would not take any money for coming out. Just a helping hand. Well, no sooner had he unlocked the door than I did exactly the same thing. I called Naber Ford again and Evan was just returning back to the shop. He turned around and came back again to unlock the car door. Still no charge. Evan, thank you for being awesome and neighborly. It’s hard to find good people. Evan you’re good people!

I bought a quad from these people, supposedly from an older guy who barely used it, and as it turns out it was a complete lemon. More than 5 thousand dollars later in repairs I am done. I've barely been able to use it and by use it I mean drive it around a 6 acre property or move some snow with it. Every time I go to use the danged thing something else breaks. When I take it in to be repaired I am told that these faults have been just waiting to happen. I don't know how to ride these as they were meant to be ridden so my riding would be considered very gentle. I have no issues with the new vehicle portion of this dealership but if you are thinking of buying something used, please do your own homework before doing so since it is very apparent that they do not look it over prior to selling it to you. I am very angry about my purchase.

Naber Ford has never let me down and always made me feel like they care. I recently moved to the area from Alberta and am glad that Naber is here to aide me in all my auto needs. Don't get me wrong here - they will still make a good buck on the transaction but at least I don't go away like I was just taken.

We had a breakdown on our boat trailer during long trip on a Friday afternoon. Richard was awesome and stayed late after work to get us back on the road! Excellent customer service and we really appreciated everything Richard did to help us out! Highly Recommend!

At Naber Ford you are greeted by your first name if they know you and treated like you are special. A coffee is always available and one of the salesmen will often come and have a visit with you about how things are going in your life. A very family oriented organization. Always a pleasure to visit.

I haven't bought anything from Naber, nor have I gotten any service from here. But I'm still impressed with my experience, and that's thanks to Darryllyne.

I called around to different Ford dealers asking about the Maverick. Obviously, stock isn't great right now, so it's understandable that no one has any options. What's not understandable is that I was then harassed for days by sales people trying to upsell me to used old Rangers listed for over MSRP...

But when I called Darryllyne, she simply gave me the facts, some options for pre-ordering if I wanted, and told me she'd let me know if anything came up. I appreciated the respect she showed me.

If I do or any of my family or friends end up buying a Maverick - or any other Ford - I now know who to talk to!

I’m always impressed with the speed in which I can get my vehicle in for service. The employees are extremely helpful and always pleasant and checking on your well being. The dealership itself has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I feel informed of the work taking place.

They are absolutely useless. They caused major damage to my engine and would not admit it! Another time I took my Ford truck to them they tried to tell me my power window driver side didn't work and they could "Fix it" it turned out the technician was pressing the actuator the wrong way. Nothing wrong with it and I told them that. Crooks and incompetent. I wouldn't get them to even do an oil change !!
