Terrible! Retained their services to build a web site for our company. Was told we would have a custom designed web site, optimized for our industry. Long story short, we paid a large sum of money, waited over 2 months for a cookie cutter web site full or bugs, the "Contact Us" portion of our site was totally broken and didn't work. Blackiron was more interested in getting paid than they were in working with us to resolve the web site issues. In the end we had to hire a different company to fix everything. The new company gave us a new web site, fixed all the issues, gave us reports on what the issues were and how they were fixed, advised us on upcoming marketing strategies, followed up, charged less and only took 10 days.
