The Basement Spin Studio is the perfect addition to the town of Watrous. It’s welcoming, encouraging, and has the most energetic atmosphere. The instructors are members of our community and share the passion of fitness with all members attending class. There’s a class for everyone!

This studio is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere created by not only the owner and staff, but also the clients, is (putting it lightly) wildly refreshing! It’s clean, and inviting, and addictive (in the best way). Certainly in for a great time each visit. And these prices are hard to beat! I’ve enjoyed my time as a client this past while and look forward to a continued journey of re-discovery, with the help of my new favourite space. 🙂

Never has riding a bike been so much fun! The instructors create a safe environment for people to come to. And it’s more than just spin: Barre, Bike N Step, Step N Sculpt classes are offered as well.

So good for fitness and mental health. Instructors are kind, encouraging and knowledgeable!! Would 10/10 recommend! Visiting the area?!? They have shoes available aswell as swag for purchase.
