I have been designing cabinetry for upwards of 20 years now and have used a few different design programs over the recent 10 years (prior to that it was a pencil,vellum, and my drafting board) Midway through this year I began exploring new design programs as the one I had been using was too limiting for what I needed. We are a small custom shop with a whole lot of "shop needs" not just presentation. I narrowed it down to three and eventually chose CabinetVision for a few reasons. The service! Holy from Brendan my sales rep who got me hooked to Lucas who has countlessly talked me off my ledge, to Amanda who totally takes care of me to Christopher who so elequently gives up the best secrets ever in his webinars. They are all the toppest shelf ever. The program! While I am only a few months in to the steepest learning curve I've had in a while, it's already proven to be a game changer. It's intuitive, smart, very well thought out and it's obvious the designers are cabinet industry smart. If you are ever contemplating design software. . . as clicheic as is sounds, "you need look no further".

Program is awesome, and the support team is amazing. I enjoy being able to work with a program and not have any issues, and if I have any questions or if there is something I am not sure about, a quick email to the support team helps me sort out any problems. Easy to work with, Easy to personalize, well worth the time for training and I would encourage people to use this program.

Horrible tech support. I purchased the cabinet vision software for my company and I am paying alot of money for support but jet they are incapable of installing the software and getting it to work over the network properly. I keep getting told that IT needs to configure it. Is their support line not IT? Horrible support...... wasted my money. Now I have to get a consultant and pay them per hour to get this working...... Some one will be getting a call from my lawyer soon.
