Megan did a tattoo for me earlier today and I was super nervous as my pain tolerance isn't the highest. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall the place was very clean and everyone was super professional. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. My tattoo turned out exactly as I wanted!

I’ve gone to Latifah twice so far and have gotten three tattoos by her. She’s an excellent artist and I’ve had a great experience with her so far. She’s very professional and maintains a clean working environment. Her artwork is very cute and girly which is up my alley ! Love the tattoos she has done for me and will be going back 🙂 10/10 would recommend !!

Megan re-worked an older tattoo of mine that I was unhappy with. I told her what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job on it. They do everything right as far as health and safety goes too.

Went to the shop for matching tattoos, we had a great experience with Serhii, he was very accommodating to us and our crazy ideas! The shop itself is very clean and neat and welcoming. We also love the tattoos so much!!

Amy is fantastic 😊 my seven year old was unable to get her second ear done today... Amy was understanding, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable! We will absolutely be back when she's ready.

Matt is a very nice person and a great artist! Tight lines and very reasonable prices! Megan did three piercings on me at the same time and it was seem less and didn’t hurt a bit ! Great work Neon Staff !
